Want to keep your Comfybud feeling fresh and fabulous? Follow these steps:

• Unzip the outer pillowcase

• Gently hand wash it in cold water with mild detergent

• Air dry only (no dryers, please!)

Bonus tip: Pop the inner pillow in a bit of direct sunlight for up to an hour every month. It helps fluff up the memory foam and keeps things fresh. (Just don’t wash the inner pillow—please!)

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order via AusPost, straight from our Sydney HQ. You should receive your Comfybud within 2–8 business days from when you get your shipping confirmation.

For express shipping, this should take between 1–3 days for metro areas and 2–4 days for regional areas.

You can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order—just make sure it’s in original condition: gently used, not damaged or soiled, and in the original packaging. (This helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair.)

Sale items aren’t covered unless there’s a manufacturing fault. Sometimes we’ll ask for a quick photo to help process things smoothly.
