We’re all about comfort - and that includes our return policy. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee means you can return your Comfybud within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for change of mind returns, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

We're confident in our Comfybud, and we back it with an easy return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The pillow must be in original condition (not damaged or soiled)

  • It must include all original packaging (vacuum seal bag + box)

  • Items from sales events (like Black Friday) aren’t eligible

  • Orders placed with discount codes are still eligible

how to start a return

Send an email to hello@comfybud.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Reason for your return (we love feedback!)

  • A photo of the item

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you instructions on how to prepare your Comfybud for return. 

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

If your Comfybud arrives damaged or faulty, just email hello@comfybud.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A photo of the damaged pillow

We’ll handle the rest and cover return shipping too.
