As soon as your order’s confirmed, we’ll get it packed and ready to roll within 2 business days, and you’ll get a tracking email the moment it leaves our hands.

If your Comfybud hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at hello@comfybud.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
can i change my shipping address?
Need to update your shipping address? No stress - just email us at hello@comfybud.com with your new details and order number.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll make the change for you. But once it’s out the door, we can’t reroute it. We also can’t retrieve orders sent to the wrong address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
